Peter Cook Emyth Series 4 (May 28): Will typically see really kind of often quite exhausted bookkeepers in this transition to business phase who are looking after their own clients, then reviewing the work from their team to make sure it's up to scratch, doing all the stuff you need to do to manage the business, still trying to do the marketing to get new clients, still doing the sales and actually making less money than they were in terms of what they get because they're paying their team. This is a kind of the most challenging phase of the journey, often because it feels like, well, wait, why am I even doing this? And this could. This was easier when I was on my own.
