What the 2 Hours Look Like
Part 1 — Vision, Mission & Your WHY (40 min)
You haven't found your WHY — so nothing feels urgent until you have a system for getting clients at all. In the first 30 days you'll define your ideal client profile, build your referral engine, and set up the outreach system that keeps your pipeline moving — without you constantly chasing it.
Part 2 — Goals & Planning (40 min)
A vision without a plan is just a wish. In this section you'll set concrete 3–5 year and 12-month goals, then break them into the specific actions that will move you forward. You'll leave with a roadmap — not a vague intention.
Part 3 — Time Blocking & Commitment (40 min)
The final section is where the workshop becomes real. You'll audit how you currently spend your time, design a weekly calendar that protects the work that matters, and make a written commitment — the My Commitment page — that you take with you as the first page of your business plan.
