Sal Rezai: to look after my mental health is I actually took off from social media a week off, and I purposely announced that this is for my mental health. I'm taking off from social media. Yes, I'm still working for my clients online, but I can still turn off my social media. I don't have to be there online. And the other great thing I did for my mental health is I actually went to walk every day. I walked with my family.
