Nancy Gwynne-Vaughan: So the first time I fired clients, I fired 9 at a time, and I was terrified, absolutely terrified about was I going to be able to replace that income, would I ever get another client after I let them go. But you know, surprisingly, what happened when I did that was I had a much better ordered life. I was not running around to multiple offices anymore, and my income actually increased. It increased because I was able to I spend longer periods of time working with the really good clients. Well, I am a bookkeeper who specializes in bookkeeping for just lawyers. I began my journey about 30 years ago working in a law firm and became their bookkeeper and office manager. I did that for about 20 years and then it became time to look for something else, and I decided that I really loved the accounting piece. And so I got a couple of clients and a couple of more, and now we have a full-fledged business going. With an office and a couple of staff, and we're having a blast. That's beautiful. That is— it's excellent. Well, for those, though, that already know you, have listened to you, how have things been since our last episode? Things are crazy. Absolutely crazy.
