1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by The Successful Bookkeeper Global Inc. ("TSB," "we," "us," "our"), including thesuccessfulbookkeeper.com and related pages, communities, and services (together, the "Website"). By using the Website, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

This page works alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Unless otherwise stated, TSB and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website and the material published on it. Subject to the license below, all rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions below. You must not:

Access to certain areas of the Website may be restricted. Where we provide you with a user ID and password to access restricted areas, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential. We may disable your user ID and password at our discretion where we reasonably believe they have been compromised or these Terms have been breached.

You grant TSB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Website and our services.

Your content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action against any person. We reserve the right to edit or remove any material you submit to the Website.

7. Text messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send recurring text (SMS) messages — which may include session and event reminders, account notifications, and/or offers and announcements. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. 8. No professional advice; no warranties

The Website is provided "as is" without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on the Website constitutes professional advice. If you require advice on any legal, financial, tax, or accounting matter, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional. We do not warrant that the Website will be constantly available, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSB will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the Website for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, business, reputation, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify TSB against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) arising out of any breach by you of these Terms.

Without prejudice to our other rights, if you breach these Terms in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including suspending or prohibiting your access to the Website and bringing legal proceedings against you.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
