Program & Membership Terms
Effective date: June 20, 2026 · Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. What these terms cover
These Program & Membership Terms apply when you purchase or enroll in any paid offering from The Successful Bookkeeper Global Inc. ("TSB," "we," "us," "our") — including memberships, coaching programs, courses, workshops, summits, and live or recorded events (each, a "Program"). They work alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where a specific Program has its own written terms at checkout, those terms control for that Program if they conflict with these.
2. Enrollment and your account
To enroll, you provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. Your access is for you personally; accounts, logins, and Program materials may not be shared, resold, or transferred to anyone else. Programs are intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 or older.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Spiffy; by purchasing, you authorize the charges shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. We do not store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy.
If a Program is sold as a payment plan, you authorize each scheduled installment on its due date. If a payment fails, we may retry it, pause your access until it clears, and you remain responsible for the outstanding balance.
4. Memberships, renewals, and cancellation
Memberships and other subscription Programs renew automatically at the then-current price each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@thesuccessfulbookkeeper.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Refunds
Because our Programs deliver digital content and live access immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except: (a) where a specific Program is advertised with a money-back guarantee, in which case that guarantee's published terms and deadline apply; and (b) where a refund is required by applicable law. To request a refund under an advertised guarantee, contact us within the stated window.
6. Access to Program materials
When you enroll, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program materials for your own learning and use in your business. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from our materials, or use them to build or train a competing product or service. All Program content, including frameworks, templates, recordings, and workbooks, remains our intellectual property (or our licensors').
Access is provided for the duration stated for each Program. For memberships, access continues while your membership is active. We may update or improve Program content over time.
7. Community conduct
Many Programs include access to a community space. To keep it valuable and safe, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally and not to: harass, abuse, or discriminate against others; post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; spam, solicit, or promote unrelated offers without permission; or share paid Program content with non-members. We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or remove access for conduct that breaches these terms, without refund.
8. Events, workshops, and live sessions
Live and virtual events may have specific dates, capacity limits, and registration terms shown at the time of registration. We may reschedule, change the format of, or substitute speakers for an event where reasonably necessary. Sessions may be recorded; by attending, you consent to being recorded and to our use of recordings for delivering and promoting our Programs. If we cancel a paid event outright, we will offer a comparable replacement, credit, or refund.
9. Changes to Programs
We may modify a Program's curriculum, schedule, platform, or included features to improve it or where circumstances require. Where a change is material and adverse to a Program you have already paid for, we will act reasonably to provide equivalent value.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to a Program for non-payment, breach of these terms or our Terms of Use, or conduct that harms our community, staff, or other participants. Where termination is for your breach, fees already paid are non-refundable.
11. No guaranteed results; not professional advice
Our Programs provide education, coaching, frameworks, and community. They do not guarantee any particular financial, business, or revenue outcome — results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. Nothing in a Program is accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation; consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you learn.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any Program is limited to the amount you paid us for that Program. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
