[01:26] Michael Palmer: Yeah, it's great to have you. And I'm looking forward to learning about your journey and the work that you do to help our listener do everything I just said in the bio. So maybe let's start with that. Tell us a little bit about you and your career journey leading up to this point.
[01:44] Teresa Gregory: So I started my career many years ago. I'm a Gen Xer, so it's been a while that I've been doing this work, but I started in corporate and I, like many of your audience, I was in a corporate role and then I transitioned into my own business, my own firm, and wanted to expand on my skill sets. And I started in training and development. So how do we motivate and build and design and give people career paths? And then I've transitioned into executive coaching to really hone in on how do business owners make the most of their investment and their time, but also help them uncover some hidden mindset things that may be holding them back.

And I think that there's a few things that ring true to me and interesting, which is that, you know, magical awareness of something that you weren't aware of prior. And then when you're aware of it, unlocks, it's the big unlock, which is such a, it's so elusive
