[01:59] Michael Palmer: Well, let's start there then with maybe telling us a little bit about you and your career leading up to this journey of now helping make people's lives better.
[02:10] Dr. Sabrina Starling: Certainly. So I started my business over 20 years ago, and I was working as a psychologist in a community mental health center. And I was so burnt out. We worked 40, 50-hour weeks and took on-call. So I would be getting up in the middle of the night to go to the hospital and then coming in at 7 in the morning and sitting down to meet with clients and then try to prop my eyelids open and pay attention to what they were saying and be emotionally present with them.
