Michael Palmer: they would often call out that, "Hey, I actually don't think this part of the product makes sense," or, "I don't think it would necessarily work for your business." And by doing that, it was like this amazing thing that, number one, showed vulnerability, number two, built trust, and actually progressed the conversation towards something that would deliver value. And I'm excited about this episode, disrupting the financial services industry, which is, I mean, amazing and exciting. And I'm looking forward to sharing that story with our listener. Me too. And so they get to participate, which is pretty cool as well. So before we get into all of that, uh, Yusuf, tell us about your career journey leading up to this point so we can get to know you.
Yoseph West: Yeah. So I'll give you the 60-second bio. Started kind of out of school, started this small company that was like, it's basically like a stock analysis engine. So you'd be like, okay, I want to know if Microsoft's a good stock to buy and you'd plug it into our little system and we'd spit out reports that kind of. Launched us into an acquisition with Wave Accounting, or I guess they became Wave Apps. And so we spent a year there and then kind of found, found my way into joining Hubdoc as like the third employee when they were zero in revenue. Spent like 4.5 years there, helped scaling it up to like 80 people across Toronto, Sydney, and London. Built out like a global marketing function, had a
