I'm your host, Michael Palmer. Today's show is going to be a fantastic one. Our guest is a speaker and entrepreneur who has founded and invested in over 50 companies in the last 20 years. Trixie Castro, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me. It's great to have you. Now, Trixie, and I'll tell you, audience, we had recorded this show about, I'd say, 6 months ago, 3 months ago, something like that. First time ever, the audio did not come through, and so it was a failed attempt. And so we're having this conversation again, and really graciously, Trixie has come back to share her story. And what a story it is, your career, Trixie. So maybe let's start there. What have— if you could share your career journey leading up to this point.
Trixy Castro (Aug 20): Yeah, absolutely. And listen, you don't have to twist my arm to come back on anytime. We can do this as many times as you want because I love what you're doing and I love of the entire just synergy and energy that you have with it. But I am your true entrepreneurial story, right? My parents came here from Cuba. My mom was a live-in housekeeper, right? So we lived in a lovely family's home. They were also immigrants from Italy. And surprisingly, they made their money in finance and in real estate, in banking and real estate. And anyway, so I grew up in their home not realizing it wasn't my home, right? And I think that That was such a key point in my life to really take on this passion of housing, right? So whether it was you rent a home, you own a home, it didn't matter. It was everybody kind of deserves this and should have this and should reach for the stars. And at a very young age, I realized that if there's a will, there's a way. And I, I realized that because I made the soccer team and the cheer squad, right?
