Teresa Slack: Absolutely, there was. Yeah. And that's when Connie and I got really excited because we could see it now. We could see the path. And back in the beginning, we had a dream, but we didn't have a path. We didn't know how to do it. But with the right coaching and the right support, now we could see it. We could see what was happening. And I remember Connie and I sitting down and creating a new set of goals. There were things we wanted to do. And I remember one of them was we wanted to be at a point that we could provide our team with benefits. And, you know, we couldn't at that point back then. We, we just couldn't do it. And we really, we really wanted to create an environment for our team where they had the flexibility to, to do great work, but to work it around their family.
