Anyways, getting back to it, our returning guest is a cybersecurity expert and author of his second book coming out very soon, Inner Hacker. Ted Harrington, welcome back to the show. Good to see you again. Thanks for having me again. Good to have you. And I'm, you know, when I saw your name come up, I was like, oh geez, this is like, I think the world has completely changed since we last spoke. And everybody's using AI to help them. And, you know, businesses are changing and they're getting more efficient, which only means the bad people are getting more efficient and powerful and strong as well. So I can only imagine that's going to be a part of our conversation today. But you've, you've, this is your second book. Tell us a little bit. Let's start off what's happened since your last appearance on the show, and let's talk a little bit about your book that's being released.

To your point earlier, my hope is that maybe people will leave invigorated and inspired and not just scared from our conversation today. At the time that book was out, and it led to this really amazing opportunity, which was that I got to go fulfill a life goal of mine and to go give a TED Talk.
