Michael Palmer: If you go to the market with a common offering, what everybody else can do, you're going to command a common price. And what— by doing that bumper-to-bumper coverage, like you were talking about, I think that's an uncommon offering. I don't think it's comparable to a firm that's charging by the hour or charging a fixed price for a defined scope of work, because there's an insurance component in there that says, if you get audited or something happens that you need us, you're covered.
