Michael Palmer: My thought was if they didn't need tax planning, they're probably not complicated enough to need a CPA and could probably be completed by an enrolled agent or something. And those are strategy questions. It's like, what do you want to be? What does your firm stand for? And I think there's got to be a minimum level of service because, Ed, we've been talking about minimum prices forever. And I think with more things built into that base, it's a higher level of service and therefore commands a higher price.
