Ad Read: That's one of the things when people say, well, how do I start to be more convenient in my business? Take a look at the businesses that you enjoy doing business with, not in your industry. I mean, if you wanna look at companies in your industry, that's fine, but definitely go outside of the industry. You said you like Amazon and Starbucks, okay. So what is it that you like about them? Make a list of those attributes and then say, okay, can I do any of those in my business? And if I could, what would that look like? How would I go about it? Well, it's great to have you back. And you know, it's been 2 years since you were on, on the show, and you're one of the people that I actually read your tweets a lot. I think it always just sort of— whenever I see one of your, your tweets on my Twitter profile, it just has me thinking about our customers and how, you know, how are we doing. And you know, not that we're amazing at customer service, but it's one of the things that I aspire to do the things that you talk about. So it's been 2 years since we've had you on the show. What's, what's new with you? Well, since we last spoke, I had a new book, actually probably 2 books come out right about the time we did the show. I had a book, Be Amazing or Go Home, which is about great habits that people have to instill confidence with their customers and really any relationship they have.
