Michael Palmer: If you want to run a marathon, what are the steps to be able to do that? To scale a bookkeeping business is exactly the same. What do I have to figure out to be able to scale it? And when I hit a glass ceiling— and they're glass ceilings, they're called glass ceilings because, you know, you can just smash through those if you figure it out. Yeah, it's, it's all there.
