Our guest was once Steve Jobs' executive assistant at Apple, but now a CEO herself, executive wellness coach, and author of the book Pause, Breathe, Choose: Become the CEO of Your Well-Being. Naz Beheshti, welcome to the podcast. Thank you, Michael. Happy to be here. It's great to have you. And I mean, right out of the gate, I have to say, well, anytime you have Steve Jobs in any kind of your bio, I mean, people pay attention to that. And it's, uh, Steve Jobs was a remarkable person to be connected with, affiliated with, associated with. And so it's a, it's an honor to have you. But before we get into all of that, please tell us your career journey. Leading you up to this point?
Naz Beheshti: Well, my career journey was definitely not as straightforward as some. I graduated from UC Santa Cruz and my first job out of college was actually at Steve Jobs' office as his executive assistant at Apple. And that job was sort of an accident. It wasn't planned, but I couldn't give up on that job and, and decline it. I thought it would be a great learning opportunity and just experience in general, which it was, because that job basically put me on the path and trajectory of where I am today. And so I'm very grateful for that opportunity to have worked for Steve. And that continued on. I continued on in corporate for about a decade working in other Fortune 500 companies as well as a tech startup. So I had a diverse experience from small, medium, large companies. But I just wasn't fulfilled, and I knew that there was something more that was missing. And I had gotten into yoga and meditation on the side, and I knew that I wanted to do something in terms of helping people and helping
