And I was super worried about that. But I sat down, I thought, okay, well, in the people that I know, who's looking for an IT guy? Who's been talking about doing social media marketing? Who might need some of the services? And actually, in the first month, I gave 8 referrals, and I actually got I got the award that month in my D&I group for having the most referrals.
