All right, let's get to that conversation right now. Our guest is a former IRS professional and founder of Exceptional Tax Services. Nakondra Moran, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me, Michael. I am so happy to be here. It's great to have you. Yeah, great. And we're, we're, we're looking forward to this conversation and learning more about you. And, and so let's maybe start with that. Tell us a little bit about yourself and, and And, you know, we mentioned the IRS, everybody's shaking in their boots here. What, how'd you end up doing what you're doing today?
Nacondra Moran with Sage ad: Yeah, so I started my business back in 2016. I, prior to that, I was an IRS employee. And I think my journey to entrepreneurship, I did not wake up and say, hey, you know, I want to be self-employed when I grow up. I never really saw myself as an entrepreneur. I never saw myself as a small business owner. Really, the yearning for entrepreneurship kind of started after I started having children. And then I started to really yearn freedom and flexibility and the ability to control my time. And I was deeply unhappy. Even though I had a pretty good job, there were a lot of other obstacles that mentally drained me with my job and I just wanted more freedom and flexibility. And so through that, I started thinking, how could I turn into like a freelancer or a small business owner? And that's kind of where my story actually started. Wow.
