Mike Michalowicz, welcome back to the podcast. Michael, it's awesome to be back with you. Thanks for having me. It's great to have you. You've been on quite a few times. I mean, I know we could just do you every, every week. We've got books, we got things going on. You know, you are a busy person. Yeah, and you too, my friend. Thanks for doing this. It's our pleasure. We love having you back. I know our listener loves listening to you, so this is perfect for them. And you've got this new book, Mike. Why don't we start off there with the new book? How did this come up? What was the idea? Tell us about it.
Ad Read: Yeah, the truthful reason why I write books, and this is only actually on reflection, I thought, you know, I want to serve and care for people. And it's all true. It's all true. But I also am writing for myself and didn't really realize it. It's stuff I need to learn. And by researching and teaching, it forces you to become the best student. So I realized I'm, I'm an okay leader. I'm a marginal leader, and I aspire to be great, but I'm not. And this has helped me increase my competence.
