I am your host, Michael Palmer, and today's show is going to be a good one. Our guest is the founder and CEO of Nectar Consulting Inc., an executive coach and co-author of Breakthrough Healing. Michele Molitor, welcome to the show. Hey, Michael, thanks for having me. I'm delighted to be here. It's great to have you. I'm looking forward to doing some breakthrough healing on the show. But before we get into that, please tell us a little bit about you, your career journey leading up to this point.
Sure. Well, let's see, I have been a professional coach now for 20 years and, uh, Over the last 5 years, I've also been a hypnotherapist, and I combine the two modalities into what I call rapid rewiring to help people eliminate the unconsciously held beliefs that are holding them back, limiting beliefs that are holding them back. And I stumbled my way into coaching. I was a creative director in web development in my former career, and I got bullied out of my job. And it was really, really devastating for me. It really crushed my confidence and it kind of shattered my ego for a little bit. I was like, "What?" And I discovered coaching to help me figure out what to do next because I was pretty much a deer in the headlights in that moment in time. And when I started my journey of being coached, I really discovered that this was actually the work that I was meant to do. So I changed careers. Trained and certified and hung up my shingle as Nectar Consulting Inc. back in 2001. And I've
