Michael Palmer: There's two types of people. There's the action takers and the note takers. The note takers come along to sessions and they make notes, but then that's it. Whereas the action takers go away and do something. And Theresa is one of those people who is an action taker. She, she pretty much anything I tell her, she goes and does it and then she gets results, which is no real surprise. You have to take action first. It's great to be here. It's going to be great fun. And this time I'm going to be doing it from a different country. I'm in Portugal right now, which is my new home. Tell us about Portugal. It's your new home. You've been down there now almost a year. How long have you been there? It's 6 months now, pretty much just coming up to 6 months. It's been something I've always wanted to do because in the UK, it's kind of a bit cold and damp and wet, particularly in the winter. And so that doesn't suit me. It's nice blue sky here. It's lovely. Oh my goodness. Well, that's fabulous to hear. And I always love hearing about people living out their dream. Thank you.
