Michael Palmer: So when you're dealing with challenges with other people, I'm always reminding them there's some things you cannot do alone. One thing you cannot do alone, to revisit the metaphor, is you cannot row a lifeboat through the icy waters of the Atlantic by yourself, right? It's great to have you, and I'm excited about this conversation. We, we had a little quick quick conversation prior to getting started with the recording. And I just think it's such an appropriate time to be talking about the work you do as well as this most recent book that you've written, because I'm sure many people have felt, uh, that they're in their own little lifeboat at times through the last couple of months. But before we get into all of that, Maggie, tell us a little bit about your career journey leading up to this point.
Maggie Craddock: Well, you know, Michael, for many years I was a portfolio manager on Wall Street, and I was helping people deal with all sorts of different international markets, and I learned a lot about taking risk and dealing with thoughts and emotions under pressure.
