Lisa Campbell & Michael at Accountex 2025: They believe they're not qualified. They believe they're not smart enough. They believe that they don't have time to do it because they don't right now, right? Who wants to add something else when you've got all this compliance work on your desk or in your whatever it is in the cloud, right? So, but the biggest one I hear is I'm not qualified. And what people don't realize is most of the time you're already doing it and you don't even realize it. You're doing way more than you would be doing if you just finished learning how to be a bookkeeper, right? The years that go by, you learn and you learn how to analyze, you learn how to interpret, right? So you are doing much more. That belief, people got to get out of that belief that they're not qualified. There's also training. I mean, I didn't have any specific training, but I went and got certified, so now I do have training. So if that's something that you want, you go find whatever training it is. That you want to excel at and go learn. Anyone here feel like they're not qualified? There you go. You know what? You just all instituted a breakthrough opportunity in having a shift in that mindset.
