Michael Palmer: I think my generation thought they'd be done at 50. Well, that came and went. And people are working well into their 80s now, if they're living that long. And today, if you're born today in North America, you have over a 50% chance of living to 110. So, we have to be thinking about working much longer than our history would prepare us for, right? Because financing a 30-year retirement, with healthcare in the United States, at least, you know, that's just a daunting task. And most of us in the United States are not prepared for that. Yeah, well, we're excited to have you. And we were having a little conversation, and you're a business owner. You are working with millennials, you have a lot— you've pretty much been figuring out your own lifetime loyalty from your own employees, and you've written books about it. So please tell us about your career journey leading up to this point.
Lee Caraher (Oct 8): Sure. You know, I've been in communications and public relations basically since I graduated from college, a very long time ago. And I was fortunate to find the career that made most sense for me early, early on. And have traveled through it in many different kinds of iterations. This company, Double Forte, I started almost 17 years ago, which I can't even believe, really out of a need. I thought I was going to be a communications officer at a big company.
