Leal Fix: So I ended up working for a couple of different places and I had some really great employers and then I had some really, really bad employers. And it was the last couple of bad employers that I'm just like, you know what, I don't want to work for someone else anymore. I've gotten to know you a little bit over the last couple of months, having been in our Pure Bookkeeping community, and recently In fact, it was— we have another guest that was recently on the show, Sarah DeHaan, who was actually in that exact call, our weekly success call, uh, with our Pure Bookkeeping licensees, where you had shared something that you were doing in your marketing that was just— I just absolutely loved the initiative, and I loved what you did with it, and I wanted so much to share that with the rest of our community. So it's great to have you on the show. We're going to get in and tell that story, but, Leo, I'd love for you to tell about your business journey leading up to this point in your bookkeeping business so our listener can get to know you a little bit?
Michael Palmer: Well, I actually started my company in October of 2019, but I didn't jump into my business fully until March of 2020. I went from working full-time to running my own business, and I Honestly, I wouldn't be where I'm at today if I didn't have the support of the people that I've got around me. So it's been an interesting journey. It's crazy to see how far I've come in one year. Amazing. But I wouldn't be where I'm at without Pure Bookkeeping as part of my processes.
