Our guest is the CEO and founder of a virtual assistant agency called Smart VAs, and she's also the host of the Master Delegator Podcast. I love that title. Christy Yoder, welcome to the show. Hey, thank you so much, Michael, for having me on your show. I'm excited. It's exciting to have you. And I mean, with the title of a podcast called the Master Delegator Podcast, I think our listener is going to love this episode because I'm sure we're going to be talking about maybe delegating some stuff off of our plates. Yeah, beautiful. Well, let's, uh, let's hear more about you. I'd love to hear about your career journey leading up to this point in your life.
Kristy Yoder (Jan 3): Yeah, well, I love sharing my story, so thank you for asking. So again, my name is Christy Oder. I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. I am Filipino, so that's why I have this accent, you know, hopefully everyone's not gonna have a hard time understanding what I'm saying, but I will try to speak slow. So I grew up in the Philippines, and I moved to the States 3 and a half years ago. But when I was still in the Philippines, I started as a virtual assistant. And when I moved to the States, I started expanding my network. And I got so stressed and overwhelmed because I couldn't say no to my clients and to new projects that are coming in. And so when I said yes, a lot of times, you know, I got so overwhelmed and I thought of hiring other people to help me out in my business. So I contacted a few of my friends who were freelancing and they helped me out. I assigned a couple of clients projects to them. And it worked. And then I think after a couple of months, I decided to hire my first virtual assistant, my first full-time virtual assistant. And I delegated to her the thing that I hate the most. And after hiring
