Michael Palmer: Welcome back to the Successful Bookkeeper Podcast. I'm your host, Michael Palmer, and today's show is going to be a fun one. Our guest is the founder of BookSmartsPro, a bookkeeping firm dedicated to helping small businesses gain financial clarity and confidence through expert personalized service. Jenny Groberg, welcome to the show. Thank you. Thanks for having me. It's great to have you and thank, thank you very much. Well, I love always having these kinds of conversations to hear the, the story behind the journey of the bookkeeping business owner. And so this is a great opportunity for us to do that. And it was really awkward, but before I knew it, I had hundreds of 5-star reviews and my competitors had just a few. So that really differentiated me. Also, because I'm a female in a male-dominated industry, that set me apart and really worked to my advantage. So that is how I started, but I just started doing consultations and the more consultations I did, the more people would say, you know, Jen, this makes more sense for you to just take care of this. Can you do that for me? And then I would end up with recurring work. So, wow. And so the, the, the, the pro advisor that you spoke to, did they have it right?
Yeah, it was a good
