Michael Palmer: Successful introverts take that next step and they have what's called a focused conversation. So it can be back and forth. And your conversation with the salesperson, once you have a good sense of what some of the issues are, you might throw out a solution or say, well, you know, bring in something you did with another client if it's appropriate, if it's going to keep the focus on that person, not to be bragging.
