It's great to have you, and I would love to hear your career journey leading up to this point. Oh my goodness. Okay, uh, well, I I started bookkeeping about 15 years ago, just as something on the off chance while I was, had little children at home and working another job. About 6 years ago, I decided that it was time to do this full-time. I went back to school and got certified and updated on everything that's changed because technology changes. I started Once I finished that, I was just working from home. I have a lot of younger kids at home, so it was better than daycare. And started working and building. And we had ups and downs. And then COVID hit. And that's when I met Lisa. And I worked with Lisa. Got introduced to the whole A2A, loved it. And that was when I realized that the little things that I was doing, I learned a lot more from her. And it just grew from there. It's wonderful. Now, you said you had some ups and downs. I'd love to hear the ups and downs. Oh, ups and downs. Okay. So when we— More ups or more downs?
Um, it was a lot of ups. Great meeting new people, working on a lot of different books, a lot of clients' books, a lot of other things, learning a lot, a lot of networking, and then thought that it would be good just to bring some people on without having any processes or anything. And then things would crumble and it would be back to just me doing things and couldn't figure out, I thought it was, you know, just me doing things wrong or not finding the right capable people to be able to see, hear what's in my mind and do it the way that I wanted people to do it.
