And in fact, there's often people who maybe didn't get a chance to listen to your podcast when you were on the show previously. So maybe tell us a little bit about yourself so our listener can know who you are and as well what you've been up to since our last conversation.

Jamie Van Cuyk (March 11, 2025): Yeah, it sounds great. So as you mentioned, I am Jamie Van Kuyk, the owner of Growing Your Team, where we help small business owners gain the confidence to hire like a pro. We really work with the, the micro business owners. So typically our clients have fewer than 5 employees, almost all have fewer than 10 employees. So we're really helping business owners navigate those early stage hiring. Typically when that business owner is learning that they need to delegate more and more from their plate so that way they can really focus on what they need to focus on in their business. Uh, we help business owners learn to let go and then how to find the right people for those positions through a whole suite of services that are designed to meet the business owner with where they are and what they know and what they are capable of doing
