Ad Read: I think things have gotten really challenging for people entering the industry. So, if you've come out of an accounting degree, what they're teaching in the programs right now is still very much the same as what they were doing, you know, 10, 20 years ago. They're barely scratching the surface of what has changed in the industry, and we're really expecting graduates to come out and, because of the automation, the tools that we have, to really step into more of like a controller role right away, which they don't have the experience for, or really the full understanding to do. And so, I think that a lot A lot of accounting firm owners are kind of struggling with, you know, how to hire the right people and how to really train them because I think there's a lot more onus on the business owners to really fill the gaps in training for graduates. And they also have this understanding that the younger generations coming out of university are going to be more tech savvy than we are. And that isn't necessarily always the case. So there's a lot of training that needs to happen when people come into the industry to get a sense of, you know, how we do things and learning all the tools and making sure that they're set up for success. Okay, bit of an unusual accountant in that my first, uh, career was actually as a theater professional.
