Now, for the rest of our listeners that may not know you, please tell us a little bit about yourself, your career journey leading up to this point.
Heather Townsend: Yeah, I guess I've had one of those career journeys that's changed. So, I originally have an engineering degree from Oxford University. So I think most of our listeners have probably heard of that university. That's in the UK, probably one of the most respected institutions around the world for education. I realized I didn't want to be an engineer. I realized that my ability not to be able to tell my left and right is actually a dyslexic trait. It's just not that I'm incompetent. So I went into the world of supply chain management, moved into learning and development there, and then moved across out of that sector into working for BDO, who in the UK were, when I joined them, a top 5 UK
