Nicki Roche, welcome back to the show. Thanks for having me. I'm excited to be back with you, Michael. Thank you. It's great to have you. And Nicki, I'd love to, I'd love to learn what have you been up to since the last time you were on the podcast? Oh my goodness. Well, Since the last time I was on the podcast, I moved. So I moved from Washington back home to my hometown, which is Boise, Idaho. So that was probably the biggest transition. And then, you know, just chugging away, growing the business and having the time of my life working with my clients. Beautiful. It's great to hear. Well, it's, it's always a big one when you're moving. And any particular reason why you moved? Really, it was for a family thing. And, you know, it never works out quite the way, at least for me, quite the way I thought it would. But yeah, it's been interesting. You know that, that saying you can never go home again. I think that's true. That's right. That's right. As much as we'd love to. Yeah. Yeah.
So, well, today we're going to be talking about a few different things. But first I'd like to start off with is, is team, having team in your business. I mean, you've been doing this a while. You're selling to major organizations, as I mentioned in the introduction. What's the importance of a team in your business? Well, I think a team is crucial so that you, you know, you— we all are really, really good at maybe 1 or 2 things, but we can all do like 20 to 100 things.
