Jeffrey Klubeck, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me, Michael. It's great to be here. It's great to have you. And I'm looking forward to learning more about you and also some of the great work you do with business owners because that is our listener right now. A business owner that probably would love to get your thoughts. So, before we get into it, Jeffrey, tell us a little bit about you. Tell us about your career journey leading up to this point.
Ad Read: Yeah. The first thing I always tell people when I'm talking about myself is I'm a lucky dude. My wife and my kids have me just waking up smiling and really trying to get out of bed motivated to feel like I deserve them. You know, I'm married to— Maryann, and we met when we were in college at San Diego State University. And we got 3 beautiful kids now, a high school senior that's getting ready to go to San Diego State, and our daughter who's a sophomore thriving, and our youngest is 10 years old, and our 2 dogs. And so everything for me starts at home with family and how fortunate I feel and how grateful I am and just trying to deserve that every day. From San Diego State, I got my master's in communication, and I was a graduate teaching assistant there. I taught public speaking and group communication courses, and I continued to do that for 20 years. But when When I decided to build or start my coaching and consulting practice, that's when I got really good at teaching and taking stuff from the classroom into coaching and consulting and training made me better there.
