Michael Palmer: those things happen a lot more naturally or organically when you're not working 10 or 12 or 14-hour days. But when you are, and when I was working those crazy hours, I had to be very intentional about scheduling weekend time to spend with friends or planning to go on a hike and get some fresh air and be outdoors on my day off and just really making sure that I incorporated some of those things that I really liked and that allowed me to recharge my battery. I mean, you've spoken at our events several times. You've been around giving your wisdom to us for a while. So thank you for that. And I'd love for you to maybe just start off with, for those that haven't heard you before, a little bit of your background, and then we'll get into what's new in your world.
Erin Daiber (April 23): Absolutely. Well, it's always a treat to be here. I always love the opportunity. I started my professional career as an auditor in the Big Four. I earned my CPA license while I was working in public accounting and through a bit of a roundabout path. The short version is I discovered that the things that I loved most about that job were the people that I worked with and that the debits and credits were never the thing that, you know, had me launching out of bed excited to get my day started. And so I started to, um, be on a journey of self-discovery to try to figure out what would I do if I weren't operating in the accounting profession. I have an accounting degree after all. I had my CPA license. So if I wasn't going to be doing the technical side of the work, what would I do instead? And
