Our guest is an Australian productivity expert and author of The One Day Refund: Take Back Time, Spend It Wisely. Donna McGeorge, welcome to the show. Hello, Michael. Thanks for having me. It's great to have you. And I I love Australia, I love the people from Australia, and I'm so always amazed at the view of life that Australians have. And so, I'm looking forward to learning your take on productivity, and I absolutely love the name of your book. But before we get into all of that, Donna, please tell us a little bit about you and your career journey up to this point.
Donna McGeorge (June 21): Well, I've had a pretty varied career. I started out as a secretary a long time ago, and I think that's probably what got me me on the path of staying on top of things and being all productive. Then after that, I worked for an airline. I spent a bit of time being an e-commerce consultant in the late '90s when it was super sexy playing around in the e-commerce space. And then for the last 20 years, I've been in my own practice as a speaker, facilitator, presenter, and then kind of more recently an author. And I would say probably the early part of my career was fully in corporate settings, but following the third redundancy in my career, I decided to take matters into my own hands. And this has been the most stable employer. I've been my most stable employer over the last 20 years. It's been great. Amazing. Amazing. And so you were, you were in e-commerce. Well, e-commerce definitely is, is still sexy. I think a lot of people still talking about it, but you were involved early, early days. Early days. So, tell us
