Michael Palmer: is I think the biggest success is that every time you deal with someone, that conversation has an impact. And it's how do you want that conversation to impact that person, because that's how they're going to remember you and also how they're going to answer every email you send to them and every phone call. So, always making sure that, you know, you kind of put yourself in their shoes, right? Like, they might be having a bad day or anything else. It's more of just making sure that you're constantly building that relationship, and it's not just when you need things. Kind of making sure that you build that foundation, you know, throughout the year or every week, depending how well you deal with them and not just when you need something. Um, I started off working actually in corporate doing accounting, so originally I was pursuing my CGA and working in a corporate environment as an accountant and then moving in as a controller.
