Our guest is the CEO and founder of Ignite Purpose, which focuses on organizations that need to engage their people, rebuild cultures, and create a place where people are better together. All the way from Australia, here is Christina Foxwell. Welcome to the show. Hi, Michael. Thank you for having me and to your listeners out there. I am so excited to share some of my world with you and hope it will be impactful. I think it will be, and I'm looking forward to it. And Christina, tell us a little bit about yourself leading up to where you are today.
A good question. I call myself an African living in Australia, married to an Englishman with a Korean son-in-law. And who knows what else my life might be? I'm just a human being who's incredibly passionate about people and people finding their way to be the best they can be. And my background, I have a qualification in pension funds, if that helps anyone out there. And my career simply evolved. I call myself a learner. I'm a learner of people. So I have worked in human capital, people and performance for the last 25 years. And over the last 11 years, I have run a practice called Ignite Purpose. So thank you for introducing us. And And yeah, so my background is about how do we help people be better in the organizations that they're working in, better people, build better communities in their life, and help organizations flourish. And, you know, we're on a trajectory at the moment with our practice, setting up global offices with partners all over the world. And I'm really excited because I think it's time for community. So let me not take all the thunder away from the questions you have today, Michael, but that's just a bit of a taste
