It's great to have you. And I just looked at your website and I looked at the things you've been doing, and we just had a wonderful little chat. You, you, it's, you're up to doing some really great things for the world and in particularly women leaders and leadership and living that balanced life. And I'm really excited to share that with our listener today. But before we get to that, please tell us about your career journey leading up to this point.
Cherylann Skolnicki: Sure. So the short version of the story is that I am a former corporate ladder climber turned entrepreneur. So I spent the first 15 years of my professional life working for a major consumer products company, started in sales,, and then moved into marketing after I finished up my MBA and, thought I would stay there forever. You know, thought that was gonna be the path I was on, just climbing from rung to rung on that ladder until, it became clear that that ladder wasn't leaning against a wall I really wanted to reach the top of. And that's when I started exploring other options, which led me to entrepreneurship.
