Ad Read: I saw a recent stat that 51% of businesses do annual goal setting, which is not enough, right? We should all be setting annual goals, but, you know, 51%, half, are doing annual goal setting. Only 6% of businesses revisit those goals on a quarterly basis and then figure out, hey, do we need to adjust our goals? Is what we're doing working? Are we getting close? Because if you don't do that, you are not going to hit your goals. Oh, and then the best part of this, of course, is if you do revisit on a quarterly basis, it increases your productivity, your results 300%.
