And so before we get into more about you, let's start off with you telling us a little bit about you and your career journey leading up to this point. Sure, absolutely. Well, yes, I'm so excited to be here. As you know, I'm an uber fan of the podcast. And the only time that I get to listen to podcasts are when I'm in the car. And I don't really go anywhere. I was working at a small med device startup company. Well, I was interviewing for them to be the office manager, HR, executive assistant, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
