Hi, Michael. Thank you so much for having me on. It's great to have you. It's great to have you. And always love having new guests and new friends of the Successful Bookkeeper Podcast. So it's great to have you, but, uh, I really want our listener to learn about who you are. So please tell us a little bit about you and your career journey leading up to this point.
Andrea MacKenzie (Oct 25): Sure. Yeah. So my business, as you said, is called Lead with Harmony. At this point, my focus is really to help small business owners to hire, develop, and lead a great team. And what's sort of happened lately is hiring has become such a big focus, and It's such a huge opportunity for people when they have the opportunity to hire. It affects everything. It affects the ability to develop the rest of your team. It affects, you know, how people are able to put their leadership skills into place, what they can delegate, all that kind of stuff. So, like something along the lines of like 90% of people problems in an organization stem from hiring. So, I spend a lot of time helping people hire, but then if you're not hiring, there is so much to look at in terms of the current team, aligning people in the right roles, making sure you're very clear about expectations and so on. My journey really is as somebody who I came out of undergrad with a music degree. And, you know, I really loved going to school for music, but coming out with a music degree, I can say that people looked at my resume and underestimated what I was
