I am your host, Michael Palmer, and today's show is going to be fantastic. Our guest is a group psychotherapy practice owner, podcast host of My Biz Bestie, and mother of 3 kids, Amber Holly. Welcome to the show. Thanks, Michael. Thanks for having me. It's great to have you, and I'm looking forward to— I mean, what a— right there, uh, psychotherapy practice, podcast host of My Biz Bestie, which I love the name, and a mother mother of 3 kids. I mean, our listener right now is going, I can relate. We have many mothers that listen to the show. And so, with that comes having 2 kids myself, busy life and running businesses is often daunting and likely we'd end up needing some sort of therapy, whether it's massage or mindset therapy. But, I'm looking forward to getting into that today. But first, Amber, tell us about you first.
Amber Hawley: Yes. So like you said, I own a group practice in Silicon Valley and I also own another business, My Biz Bestie. And I work with entrepreneurs on the, what I say is the emotional side of business. And I help people with everything from burnout, managing ADHD. A lot of the people I work with are what I say, easily distracted entrepreneurs. And you know, just helping people through managing stress, finding that work-life balance, you know, that if there is one, and figuring out how to set up things so that you actually enjoy your business and your life. Because I'm an ENFP, so I'm all about having fun. And I'm like, what is the point of owning your own business and having this freedom if you're not actually enjoying it? Isn't that the truth?
