Our guest is the founder of HamiltonRay, your outsourced admin, which brings professional remote administrative support to startup organizations and businesses. Amanda Hamilton, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here. It's great to have you. And I mean, this is a topic I think that has the potential to save people a heck of a lot of time and help them scale up their business. So I'm really excited about it. And before we get into all of that though, let's learn a little bit about you. Tell us about your career journey leading up to this point.
Amanda Hamilton (August 2): Yeah. So I have my kind of quick backstory I'll share. Um, I worked in corporate retail actually for about 10 years and in that world I actually worked in production and sourcing. So it was more of a sourcing role with some project management. So a lot of what I do now, very similar in terms of like capability than what I was doing previously, but very different environments and very different roles. So I worked there for 10 years and I kind of decided that I needed a change. And so with that, I decided to kind of take a leap of faith and I moved cities. I found that I needed a personal change and a professional change. So I moved cities, went from Columbus, Ohio to Cleveland, Ohio, and I started working a bunch of different part-time jobs, truly just to pay the bills at that point in time. And one of the jobs I was doing is I was working as a virtual assistant out of an agency in Georgia. And I loved this idea of the digital nomad life. This was
