It's great to have all of you, and it's not often that we have such a big group. Well, it's once a year that we have a big group on the, on the call, so it's always fun and different. So I'm excited to get into it. So how this episode's going to work is I'm going to be asking our panel here today a couple of questions and just to get an understanding of how their year went. So we're going to start off with In 2022, what was the biggest surprise? I'd like to start that, Michael. Yeah, Jessica, let's do it. A big surprise for me is noticing this new trend in how many clients are delving into crypto. This is something that I had been avoiding learning and I had avoided taking clients that did it. But many clients are either accepting it as a payment method using it to pay vendors or trying to do investments in it. So that's quite the shock, not something that I had envisioned when you asked me this
