[00:00] Julie Daniluk: So I have a standing desk that goes up and down, but you don't need one. You can actually just get a topper for your desk. I have a link for the tabletop that goes on top of any standard desk. And then I have a really cool setup on my laptop. So that sits at a really nice angle. And then you can get a walking pad. It allows you to just walk super slow so that you're not throwing your typing speed off, but you're just moving your legs. And that is going to dramatically change the game. [01:28] Julie Daniluk: Oh, Michael, it's great to be back. Thank you for having me. Can't wait to dive in.
[01:33] Michael Palmer: You know, it's— I'm excited about this episode and I'll tell you why. Whenever I'm thinking about health, I actually think about you and the fact that you've been on the podcast.
[01:45] Julie Daniluk: Oh.
[01:46] Michael Palmer: And I— so my questions are gonna be around the change in the way people are doing work. I mean, we've always been working in front of screens, but I think with AI, we're working in front of screens even more. I've experienced that and so wanna get your take on it. And so I'm really excited about that. And so maybe let's start off with what's been going on since your last appearance. What's changed? What's new? What's, what's happened?
[02:13] Julie Daniluk: Oh, well, I completed my last book tour and I ended up in Vancouver and flew to Victoria and had a very hard landing, what they call kind of an airplane incident. And there's only 21 crash landings in Canada a year out of 3 million flights that land. So I felt like in the lucky few that survived it can now say, well, I'm, I've done that lottery pick. I won't ever win that lottery twice.
