with Jessica McKellar
Pilot founder Jessica McKellar explains how a decade of automating bookkeeping, plus recent LLM advances, led to Meridian, a platform that runs the month-end close autonomously inside QuickBooks or Xero. You'll hear what to delegate to AI first, how to keep hallucinations out of client books, how to tackle messy cleanup work, and how a $1 million-per-accountant portfolio changes the day-to-day for production staff and reviewers.
