This is the agreement you accept when you enrol in the Clients Program — what you're buying, what it costs, how the payment plan works, and the rights you keep.
1. Who this agreement is with
Who you buy the Clients Program from depends on where you live:
- United States and Canada: The Successful Bookkeeper Global Inc., 120 East Beaver Creek Road, Suite 200, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 4V1, Canada.
- Australia: Pure Bookkeeping Australia Pty Ltd, 13 Woolley St, Essendon VIC 3040, Australia. Email: support@successfulbk.com.
In these terms, "we" and "us" means your seller. Whichever company you buy from, the program, the access, and your rights under these terms are the same.
2. What you're buying
The Clients Program is a 12-month program for bookkeeping business owners. Your enrolment includes:
- The full 12-module course — yours from the day you enrol, to work through at your own pace, with the program pacing you one module a week if you'd like the structure.
- Weekly group coaching for the full 12 months, plus the monthly specialist calls published in your program calendar — attend live, or catch the replay if you miss one.
- The complete toolkit — the scripts, templates, frameworks, and workbooks that go with each module.
- The group coaching and the community, including 12 months of TSB community membership.
- Lifetime access to the recordings and materials — see section 6 for exactly what that means.
Coaching is delivered by our coaching team. The individual coaches may change over time; the coaching itself — its frequency and its substance — is what we commit to. We improve the program continuously, and improvements during your term are included. We will never remove the substance of what you bought.
3. What it costs
Two ways to pay, same program either way:
- Pay in full: $5,000 USD, one payment.
- Payment plan: 12 monthly payments of $525 USD — $6,300 USD in total.
If you enrol through our Australian seller, your price and currency are shown at checkout, and everything in these terms applies to the amount you actually paid.
The payment plan is a purchase on instalments, not a subscription. It doesn't renew, and it isn't a month-to-month membership you can stop — it's the full program price spread over twelve payments, and all twelve are owed. If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know; if it stays unpaid for more than 14 days, your program access pauses until the plan is back on track. If you hit genuine hardship mid-plan, talk to us — we would always rather work out a schedule than pause anyone's momentum.
4. The guarantee
Your enrolment comes with the Clients Program Guarantee: do the work, and if the new clients you sign during your 12 months aren't worth more than what you paid, we refund every dollar. The full guarantee terms form part of this agreement — they cover the promise, the four participation conditions, how to claim, and the refund process on both payment options.
5. When your program starts
Your 12-month term runs from the date of your purchase. Enrolment is open continuously, so there is nothing to wait for: your access to the modules, the community, and the weekly group coaching call begins immediately. Your term and your guarantee window both run from that same purchase date. You may pause your program once, for up to 90 days, for a genuine life event; your term and your guarantee window both extend by the length of the pause.
6. What "lifetime access" means
Lifetime access means you keep access to your program's module recordings, templates, and materials for as long as we operate the program platform — with no additional payment, ever. If we ever retire the platform, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download your materials first. Your 12 months of coaching, community, and TSB membership are the parts with a clock; the materials don't expire.
7. Your seat, your business
Your enrolment is personal: one seat, for you and the bookkeeping business you own or run. It isn't transferable and can't be shared between businesses. If you'd like someone on your team to sit in with you — or you're deciding which of you should attend — talk to our team and we'll find the right arrangement.
8. The materials — what's ours, what's yours
The program content — modules, recordings, templates, scripts, frameworks, workbooks — is our intellectual property, and we license it to you to use in running and growing your own bookkeeping business. That licence doesn't include reselling the materials, teaching them as your own program, or sharing them outside your business.
Everything you create with them — your ideal client work, your positioning, your offer, your pipeline, your client relationships — is yours. If you leave, or claim the guarantee, all of it goes with you.
9. The community
The group coaching and community works because it's a room of peers being honest about their businesses. So: be respectful, keep what others share in the room, and don't pitch or solicit fellow members. If someone's behaviour is harming the room, we may remove them from community spaces — and if that ever happened to a member mid-term, the rest of their program access would continue per these terms.
10. Buying online — your rights
These terms are presented to you before you buy, and we deliver a copy (with your receipt) in a form you can save and print. If you're in Canada, provincial consumer protection law — including in Ontario and Quebec — gives you specific rights around online purchases that operate independently of this agreement. If you're in Australia, our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and the benefits we give you under this agreement and the program guarantee are in addition to those rights.
11. The legal frame, kept honest
To the maximum extent the law where you live allows, our total liability to you under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights the law doesn't let us limit or exclude — including your statutory consumer rights. The program teaches you how to win clients; it doesn't provide legal, tax, or financial advice for your own clients' affairs.
Your contract is governed by the laws that apply to your seller — for The Successful Bookkeeper Global Inc., the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada; for Pure Bookkeeping Australia Pty Ltd, the laws of Australia. In every case, if the consumer protection laws where you live give you rights these terms cannot override, those laws apply to you in full.
12. Questions
Anything unclear, before or after you enrol, ask us — Ron Bester is your program point of contact, and our team reads every message. We would rather answer a question now than have you wonder later.
