The Clients Program Guarantee — Full Terms

Sitewide policies

Do the work, and this program pays for itself — or you don’t pay for it. These are the full terms of that promise.

1. The promise

Enrol in the Clients Program, do the work through your 12-month term, and if the new clients you sign during that term aren’t worth more than what you paid for the program, we will refund every dollar you paid. That applies to both payment options — $5,000 USD paid in full, or $6,300 USD on the 12-month payment plan. If you enrol through our Australian seller in Australian dollars, the same promise applies to the amount you actually paid.

Why we can make this promise: one good client at minimal engagement rates covers the entire program. The system you’re installing is built to bring you far more than one — so a year of honest effort has to genuinely not work before this guarantee is ever needed.

One thing this guarantee is not: a promise of a particular income. Your results depend on your market, your pricing, and the work you put in — which is exactly why the promise is a refund, not a revenue figure.

2. How “pays for itself” is measured

We total the value of the new client engagements you signed during your 12-month term:

  • Ongoing engagements count at their first twelve months of agreed fees — your monthly fee multiplied by twelve — regardless of when in your term the client signed. A $500-per-month client signed in month ten counts as $6,000.
  • One-off projects (catch-up work, clean-ups, paid diagnostic reviews) count at their invoiced amount.

If that total comes to less than what you paid for the program, you qualify.

The bar in practical terms: the program costs $5,000 paid in full. A single new client at $417 per month clears it. The guarantee exists for the year where even that genuinely doesn’t happen despite the work being done.

3. What counts as a new client

A new client is one who signed an engagement with you after your program start date, and who was not already your client — or already in an active proposal conversation with you — before you joined. Clients who upgrade from an old engagement to a new, larger one during your term count for the increase in their fees.

4. What “do the work” means

The guarantee asks four things of you — and they’re not hoops. They are the same steps the program teaches, in the order it teaches them:

  1. Work through the modules. Complete all twelve modules in the program platform within your first 90 days. If you pause your program under section 7, this window extends by the length of the pause.
  2. Complete the core workbooks. Your ideal client work, your positioning statement, your three-tier offer, and your pipeline set — completed as the program moves through them.
  3. Put the system in the market. Your intake form live, your referral and accountant outreach done as the Visibility modules lay out, and your pipeline scorecard kept current through the final 90 days of your term.
  4. Stay coached. Attend at least 80% of the weekly coaching calls across your term, live or by replay.

Your own program materials are the evidence — the workbooks and scorecard you’ll have built anyway are exactly what we’ll look at together. There is no separate paperwork to keep.

5. How to claim

If you reach the end of your 12-month term having done the work, and the numbers in section 2 haven’t cleared the bar, tell us within 30 days of your term ending. Email our team — Ron Bester is your program point of contact — and we’ll book a short review call. Bring your workbooks and your pipeline scorecard; we’ll walk through them together.

Making a claim costs you nothing — there are no fees, and the review call is on us.

6. The refund

If your claim qualifies, we refund you in full, normally within 14 days of the review call:

  • Paid in full: your $5,000 back, to your original payment method.
  • Payment plan: every payment you’ve made refunded, and all remaining payments cancelled.

Program and membership access ends when the refund is issued. You keep everything you built — your ideal client work, your offer, your pipeline, your outreach relationships. Those are yours.

7. The common-sense clauses

  • One claim per enrolment. The guarantee applies once, to your own enrolment; it isn’t transferable.
  • Life happens. You may pause the program once, for up to 90 days, for a genuine life event — just tell us when it starts. Your 12-month term and your guarantee window both extend by the length of the pause.
  • Honesty both ways. We take your word and your workbooks in good faith; we ask the same of the numbers you bring to the review call. A claim built on misrepresented figures voids the guarantee.

8. Your statutory rights

The benefits this guarantee gives you are in addition to the other rights and remedies you hold under the laws that apply where you live — including in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or replaces those rights. This guarantee sits alongside them; it never sits in front of them.

If you are in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law requires us to tell you the following, word for word: “Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.”

If you are in Canada, provincial consumer protection law (including in Ontario and Quebec) gives you rights around online purchases — such as receiving these terms before you buy and a copy of your agreement afterward — that operate independently of this guarantee.

9. Who is giving this guarantee

Who you buy the Clients Program from — and therefore who gives you this guarantee — depends on where you live:

  • United States and Canada: The Successful Bookkeeper Global Inc., 120 East Beaver Creek Road, Suite 200, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 4V1, Canada.
  • Australia: Pure Bookkeeping Australia Pty Ltd, 13 Woolley St, Essendon VIC 3040, Australia. Email: support@successfulbk.com.

Whichever company you buy from, the promise, the conditions, and the claim process in these terms are identical. Claims go to our program team as described in section 5, and your seller bears the costs of handling them.

Your contract is with your seller, and is governed by the laws that apply to it — for The Successful Bookkeeper Global Inc., the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada; for Pure Bookkeeping Australia Pty Ltd, the laws of Australia. In every case, if the consumer protection laws where you live give you rights these terms cannot override, those laws apply to you in full.
